• Any cancellation or replacement must be conveyed to the Organiser in writing.

• A cancellation fee of 50% of registration fee will apply if the cancellation is received on or before 15 July 2025.

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the deadlines mentioned above.

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify the programme. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, with all refunds processed after the event.
